At Empowered Community Living, we provide safe, affordable shared homes where residents support one another through peer connection. Our model is not treatment or care—it’s about living together, sharing responsibility, and growing in independence. Residents are expected to manage their own daily needs (meals, medication, self-care) while participating in a positive, peer-led environment.

At Empowered Community Living, we provide affordable homes for a wide range of vulnerable populations including Veterans, Seniors, people returning from incarceration, those in recovery, young adults aging out of foster care, survivors of domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, and those managing behavioral health challenges.
